Expels wind and opens the nose.
Indications
Relieves allergy complaints and opens the sinuses: for sinusitis, chronic and allergic rhinitis and headache at the temples and forehead.

Variations
- For more lung inflammation: add goji root bark and mulberry root bark.
- For much nasal discharge: add honeysuckle flower, centipeda and licorice.
Note
Do not boil xin yi hua and mint; add them only at the end.
