Yi yi ren tang

Coix Decoction

Drains dampness and inflammation and moves the blood in the joints.

Indications

For arthritic and rheumatic complaints.

Ingredients	Amount
Ma huang (ephedra)	6 g
Dang gui (Chinese angelica)	6–9 g
Bai zhu (white atractylodes)	9 g
Job's tears (yi yi ren)	24–30 g
Cinnamon twig (gui zhi)	6 g
White peony root (bai shao)	9 g
Honey-fried licorice (zhi gan cao)	3 g

Cang zhu can be used instead of bai zhu.
